    We had an amazing stay at Relais Orso! The hotel is beautiful, very clean, and incredibly comfortable. The room was perfect, especially with the summer heat outside, it stayed nice and cool, so it was always a pleasure to come back and relax after a day of sightseeing. The staff were all friendly and helpful, but a special thank you to Martina. She was absolutely wonderful, so kind, welcoming, and always happy to help. She gave us fantastic recommendations for restaurants and places to visit, and her suggestions made our trip even better. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Rome!

    Amazing hotel! Everything exceeded our expectations. The hotel is beautiful, extremely comfortable, and impeccably clean. The room was fantastic, especially during the hot summer days, it stayed wonderfully cool and comfortable, making it the perfect place to relax after exploring Rome. The staff made our stay even more special. A special thank you, to Martina, who was absolutely amazing! She is incredibly kind, welcoming, and gave us the best recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. Her hospitality truly made a difference and made us feel at home. We will definitely be coming back to this hotel on our next trip to Rome. Highly recommended!

    Our stay at Relais Orso was one of the worst hotel experiences we've ever had. The room we were given looked nothing like the photos advertised online. Instead of the bright, inviting room shown on the website, we were put in a dark room with almost no natural light. The cleanliness was unacceptable. There was visible mold on both the bedroom walls and throughout the shower. My wife is pregnant, making this especially concerning. The shower door didn't close properly, water flooded the bathroom floor every time we showered, the bathroom sink barely drained, there was a maintenance panel hanging open above the toilet, and the Wi-Fi barely worked. When we requested extra pillows because my wife is pregnant, we were given one without a pillowcase and promised housekeeping would bring more the next day. Housekeeping never came, our room wasn't cleaned despite using our towels to clean the flooded floor, and no additional pillows or pillowcases were ever provided. The night manager came to inspect the room and immediately acknowledged that the condition of the room and the mold were unacceptable. However, we were simply told the hotel was fully booked and there was nothing they could do. We were instructed to email management after our stay so they could resolve the issue. We did exactly that. It has now been well over a week, despite providing a detailed complaint and numerous photographs documenting every issue, and management has completely ignored us. Not even the courtesy of a response. I'll be attaching the photos so you can judge the condition of the room for yourself. They accurately show the mold, poor maintenance, flooding bathroom floor, and overall state of the room. There are countless hotels in Rome that will value your business. This is not one of them. Between the misleading photos, poor cleanliness, lack of maintenance, broken amenities, nonexistent housekeeping, and management's complete disregard for guest complaints, I cannot recommend Relais Orso to anyone. Save yourself the frustration and book somewhere else.
