David at the front desk was kind, knowledgeable and flexible. Our room was ready when we arrived in Rome so we were able to check in early. The hotel is in a great location for seeing all of Rome in a short time. The room was quite spacious for Europe. The AC worked great! It was very hot in Rome. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it.
The only negative was there wasn’t any common space to hang out in.

The location of this property was perfect. (We did not have a car). We walked everywhere. But there are bus stations right outside the door if you needed. The staff is very nice and helpful. We needed some help to navigate our way around a transportation strike on our day of departure and David went out of his way to help us try to obtain “current” information to get to our next destination (David.. our train went on time!👏).
We would stay here again.

The property was close to many tourist attractions and was super comfortable. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed our stay.

We enjoyed the breakfast in the room. As Americans, we had a bit of culture shock at how small the room was but it’s not a criticism, we just hadn’t traveled around Europe much. The toilet was humorously tall. When my female friend sat down, her feet did not touch the floor. The location of the hotel was perfect. It was walking distance to everything we wanted to see. Would definitely recommend to others who are looking for a centrally located hotel.
I was very surprised to find a lack of washcloths. Again, this must be a European thing because I asked for some but was told they didn’t know provide any.
