Reasons why I’m not recommending this hotel: * Aside from the RM3.00 per night sustainability fee, I was also charged an additional RM10.00 per night tax. Since I stayed for 2 nights, I paid a total of RM26.00 in additional fees. * I initially questioned the RM10.00 tax because my Agoda booking had already indicated that taxes were included in the online payment. However, I was told that I still needed to pay it, so I had no choice but to settle the amount. * What made the situation feel concerning was that the front desk staff asked me to make the payment via QR transfer to what appeared to be his personal account. * I asked for an official receipt, but I was told that their printer was not working and that I could simply come back for the receipt later. * When I returned to check out and followed up on the receipt, the other staff at the front desk appeared surprised when I mentioned that the payment had been transferred to the staff member’s personal account. * I tried to clarify the payment and requested an official receipt again. It took some time before they were able to print one, and they also asked to see my passport during the process. * On top of the payment concerns, the first room assigned to me was already occupied. When I opened the door, I saw another guest and their belongings inside. I had to return to the lobby to report the issue and request another room. * Unfortunately, the replacement room was also not properly maintained. I noticed cigarette dust/residue, a broken remote-control holder, and a broken curtain holder. * Overall, the combination of the unexpected additional charges, the unclear payment process, the difficulty obtaining a receipt, and the room-related issues made me uncomfortable with the stay and is the main reason I would not recommend the hotel.

Staffs are really exceptional. Everything is great there, and value for money.

I understand its midnight and everyone is tired, but we have said early that we will be late. When we arrive a guy who had checked in since 7pm hasn't got his room card yet due the room was not cleaned.... I think the system at the hotel should be upgraded, we got a queen bed instead of two single bed that we have stated during booking. But if you just wanna have a night stay after a whole tired day, then its okay. But mind you to be prepared to wait for a while to take your card, especially during midnight. During the morning, everything is fine and the staff was friendly too.
