    Hotel room was clean, comfortable and well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful. Checked out and unintentionally left my cap in the hotel room, the staff found it and contacted me to let me know which I really appreciate it.

    The Hotel Leverage Business Hotel has good and bad points. However I feel the bad overweigh the good. Good: The Location is great with Lotus Rawang just next door. There are food all around and they are inexpensive and delicious. The Water pressure is very good and the WIFI is strong. The bed is very comfortable and aircon is cold enough. While the staff dont smile and most of the time, they have a stern and serious face, most of them are very friendly and willing to help. The room cleaning staff are awesome and very friendly and warm. Bad: All the rooms are smoking rooms! This is very bad for those who cannot tolerate smoking smell, especially when i was given a no window room. Kudos to a staff who change my room to a window room, many times of the day, you can still smell the strong smoking smell (perhaps due to the air ventilation throughout the hotel). This is a huge huge no no for me. There isnt a fridge in the hotel room. There is no free parking and so you have to pay for parking. There were twice i saw baby cockroaches in the room. Room is has bad soundproofing and so you can alway hear noise all around. There is almost no facilities in the hotel
