The bathroom was clean and housekeeping was efficient, contributing to a pleasant stay. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly, enhancing the overall experience. Location wasn't ideal for walkability, which may affect convenience for some guests, but they did provide free parking!

Stayed 1 night here in mid‑June. Stayed in a double room and it was adequately sized.Extremely friendly staff, who spoke good English. Rooms were mostly clean.
Basic necessary facilities; some items were a bit dated, like the fridge. Free toothbrush and paste, a vanity set and comb were all nice touches, along with the scented rooms and sanitized remote control. AC adequately cooled the room and could be easily adjusted using the thermostat.
Location is about 15 mins from the centre. Walking is a bit far.
Free hotel parking with plenty of space.
Requested an iron and board and was told a guest had it, but was disappointingly informed that they couldn’t say when it would be free.
Decent WiFi connection.

The the first room I got is like a smoking hole, I have to switch room.Then I need an extra comforter, waited and waited and nobody showed up until I called again late night. The next morning breakfast was ok with cold meat and bread, fruit etc standard. Before I leave the hotel, I try to refill some hot water for my hot tea bottle, a guy rushed out from somewhere and yelled at me with his eye almost popped out “ No to go! No to go! Ok, No to go!” I confess I did want to steal their hot water to go! Rude and cheapest place I ever stayed!
