This staff was so amazing. They were able to accommodate all of my needs. But my favorite part is as I was checking in they went out of their way to give the mail lady a water bottle in the middle of this heat wave.
Location was also great ended up at Bistro go it was great.

Welcome was lukewarm and unremarkable. Receptionist were much more interested in their own social lives than us as guests but I wasn’t particularly bothered. When we got to the room we immediately noticed a used earplug on the ground of the room from previous guests. In the corridor a used beer glass outside one room wasn’t cleared away for over 16 hours in spite of cleaning staff in the corridor on a several occasions. The water dispenser was out of servyon our floor. We left around 9am the next morning and didn’t return until after 8pm. Room was not cleaned. When I went down to the receptionist there was no apology just said the cleaning staff said we had a do not disturb sign on the door. We did not. When I answered that we did not the response was very defensive rather than apologetic. She offered towels replacement and I asked for them to also replace the coffee. Bother were replaced within a short period of time but overall the experience was of a very overpriced hostel rather than a hotel.

It’s comfortable and quiet staying with small like kitchen top, they provided utensils and we can use their microwave to heat the leftover food which not seen in other hotels.
