We had a truly royal experience staying here! The apartment was extremely well equipped, featuring a washing machine and a separate kitchen with a cozy dining area. The bedroom was super comfortable, ensuring a great night’s rest. The coffee vending machine in the lobby was an absolute saviour; serving delicious, aromatic coffee round the clock. The front desk staff were always smiling, courteous, and even assisted us with an early check-in. Overall, it was an exceptional stay that felt like a true home away from home.

This is an apartment block is in an extremely convenient location with shops, transport and restaurants right on your doorstep. We had the 1 bedroom apartment which was brilliant. The apartment is fantastic very clean, modern and and well appointed with cooking facilities though I would recommend that a toaster be in included. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Most of the staff have been very nice and helpful, however we did run into a very grumpy girl who was very sour and unfriendly - probably because when she arrived for work she found us waiting outside. We knew we wouldn't be able to check in at that time and we're happy to leave our suitcases and return .later but when we returned at 1130 just to check if room was ava5yet, she was not impressed. We ended up returning at 130 and got a different staff member who was very happy to assist us and we were able to check in at 130 which we really appreciated. All good and would definitely recommend this place.

the apartments are clean, nicely sized, quiet (at least when facing the inside courtyard), & just absolutely pleasant to stay in. washing machine worked well with the detergent pods available from the frontdesk. the place is 10-20 mins walk to most places, & the parking space is under 10 mins walk away at Saba Foro Ulpiano. fairly comfortable to pull up for pickup/dropoff right outside the hotel door on a side street.
