This hotel is packed with western tourists and location is at the junction of the busy roads. Even though we stayed on 7th floor, the noise was like next to our ears because the bathroom window has no glass, just a louvre. The property has sold out the big room in my original booking and assigned us the smallest and the cheapest room. The counter staff didn't mention the change of room when he told me to pay for the original booking. I had informed the counter staff but he said no more big room for the day. I contacted Agoda team and 6 days now, still no resolution. This hotel was very brave to bully an elderly couple like us.
