This was honestly one of the worst hotel experiences I've had. Upon arrival, we discovered ongoing construction, which was never disclosed to us before booking. The constant disturbance ruined any chance of a comfortable stay. The room was dirty and had a strong, unpleasant smell. To make matters worse, no housekeeping service was provided at all during our stay, which is unacceptable for any hotel. The bathroom was in terrible condition, with visible mold, clearly showing a lack of proper cleaning and maintenance. It felt unhygienic and uncomfortable to even use. Although the room was advertised as a "Deluxe Double Room," the size was extremely small- nothing close to what was promised in the listing. The descriptior misleading and disappointing. Overall, this hotel was poorly managed, unhygienic, and not honest about its conditions. The stay was stressful rather than relaxing and absolutely not worth the money. I would strongly advise others to avoid this place.

The property is advertised as a 4-star hotel; however, it felt more like a 2-star facility. Cleanliness was below average, with old bed sheets and towels. I would not recommend this place.

Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing due to ongoing renovation work at the hotel. There was constant noise throughout the day, making it difficult to relax. Most of the hotel’s facilities were inaccessible, including the terrace restaurant and other common areas. Guests were limited to using their rooms only. We were not informed about these renovations before booking, which significantly affected our overall experience. I would recommend confirming the renovation status before making a reservation.
