    We had a three night stay in this hotel. We had a good sleep in a comfy bed. Room is very clean and spacious. Bathroom feels newly remodeled (very clean, no molds, good water pressure). The location is central. The tram is a 2 min walk, and easy to go everywhere. Would definitely recommend if you are ok with using the stairs (while hauling luggages at some point). Property has an elevator, but would use some stairs to get into the property and maybe to your room (unless room is next to the elevator). Also note that the rooms have no AC, even if listing might say otherwise.

    Lift is interesting. Breakfast is typical - bread, coffee, juice, scrambled eggs, ham, fruit. Morning staff was rude when we asked questions NICELY about wifi and checking in early. I dont know what her deal was. This was only offset by the lovely evening staff Farah who helped us with the room thermostat and extra blankets. Room is typical, same hotel prices as others, but you get a fridge though you may not be in the super center of things. Few shops beside the hotel and mainly quiet. Tram stop nearby is great!

    The only rooms with air conditioning are on the 4th floor. We had a room on the 2nd floor and it was hot even with fans on and windows open.
