    I chose this hotel for its location and stars, I assumed for a 4 star hotel they would provide more benefits. I had to ask for toiletries and napkins. Water is to be drank from the tab in the bathroom which isn’t ideal for someone who is not used to drinking from tab water. Water bottles should be provided . The money I have paid did not justify the services as well. I have paid quite a lot and expected to have my luggage picked and dropped from reception. They also only have WhatsApp not a phone to dial reception. They don’t answer their WhatsApp messages fast. They took 2 hours to answer in regard of water and when I asked for assistance to my luggage , they didn’t even answer. The only thing about this hotel is the location Other than that it’s pretty bad. Do not recommend

    I have been staying in 4 and 5 star hotels for the past 50 years and this was the very smallest double room I have ever stayed in, these so called cosy room are far far too small for 2 people, snd we had bad matrress with toper which kept slipping from the bed all the time which was not comfortable at all, we did not think it was good value for money ,however the location is very good. This is not a 4 STAR hotel it is a average to good 3 star hotel. So if you are looking for a 4 star hotel this is not for you.

    Great walkable location to downtown Amsterdam, Anne Frank, Royal Palace, New Church, Dam Square. Small rooms, quiet and clean.
