    WE PAID FOR 3 NIGHTS, BUT COULDNOT TO STAY AT THIS HOTEL. SO OLD, YELLOW PILLOWS AND BLUNKETS, DAMAGED CERTAIND AND DOOR TO SHOWER ROOM. TOILET IS OUTSIDE THE ROOM IN CORRIDOR. SMELL VERY BED IN ROOM, NO HOT WATER, NO AIR, NO FAN. WE CANNOT BREATH IN THE ROOM. ONLY 1 GOOD THING - LOCATION. THE WALLES WERE NOT COLORED FOR LONG TIME. WE SHOULD TO FIND ANOTHER HOTEL AND PAY AGAINE FOR 3 NIGHT. WE LOST 450 DOLLARS + 45 DOLL GREEN TAX. NEVER GO TO THIS HOTEL! THE PICTURES ARE TOTALLY NOT THE SAME LIKE IN WEBSITE!

    Bad experience. To much difficult entrance and stairs.

    No elevator nor eskalator, only manual stair and its very stiff, however the staff is very helpfull, they helo bring the luggage upstair, but when we check out, no one help... Location is not that center, we hv to take a tram dor 3 stop from Amsterdam Centraal.
