Hotel facility is very new and clean, we had a twin bedroom and the space is just nice. The staffs are very friendly and helpful, kudos to Aaron and Joy who made our stay wonderful 😊 Location is strategic as it is very near to the shopping street and tourist spots. Highly recommended this hotel if you are looking for a nice place to stay.

Pros: the staffs were very friendly and attentive. They were very helpful in many ways, including helping with luggages, recommendations, food and drinks during breakfast. The location is very good, however it’s in an alley so the cabs can only drop you off 200-300m away. The hotel is right on Nguyen Trai street which makes shopping very convenient. Cons: the room is really old, they’re renovating them tho!

We had a very good experience staying at this hotel! The receptionist, Olivia, was very friendly and helpful. She recommended a nice spa to us and even provided us with a voucher, which was a lovely surprise. David was also very helpful and kindly assisted us with carrying our luggage up the stairs. The location is excellent. Just a short walk outside the hotel, you’ll find District 1 walking streets, with plenty of shopping, food, cafés, and convenience stores all within walking distance. It is also conveniently located near many popular tourist attractions. The only minor downside is that the hotel is located inside an alley, so Grab cars are unable to stop directly in front of the hotel. You’ll need to walk about 15–20 metres to meet your Grab driver, but it wasn’t a major inconvenience for us. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider staying here again!
