Have stayed here 4 times now and always provides good service at a reasonable cost. Bed comfortable, Large refrigerator. Kettle and hair dyer provided. Rooms are serviced daily with fresh towels, bottled water and coffee sachets. Nice balcony to chill out. Two 7/11 stores 2 minutes away and a good choice of restaurants. Sai Kaew Beach is only a 5 minute walk. Highly recommend and wouldn't stay anywhere else!
