    The room was solid, the location is fantastic, but the beachfront bungalow we booked was overpriced relative to other options in Sai Kaew Beach, most are in the 4000-6000 range for a comparable room. The television is poorly mounted, ramming into a storage shelf that prevents it from being angled in a way that allows for comfortable viewing from other parts of the room. The patio door leading to the beach does not have a working lock from the outside, it can only be locked from the inside which prevents you from exiting the room that way. And from a purely nitpicking standpoint, charging 200 baht for a "bath bomb" for the lovely tub while charging 7000 for a high end room is a bit of a money grab. Show some appreciation for guests booking these high end rooms with a freebie or two.

    Bed was good and comfortable, location was great near everything. Breakfast was good but everyday is the same. Shower was ok not always hot water, but it is ok after days in the sun and beach

    Nice beachfront boutique resort. The room was spacious and the hotel was close to the main market area accessible to convenience stores and local shops. Lots of dining options along the beachfront.
