-Toilet didn’t work
-Scaffolding outside of window with construction noise throughout stay
-Soiled bedding
-Kettle lead too short to reach surface to the extent of being a health & safety hazard.
-Cleaner removed and presumably binned the wetbag for my showercap??
-Although staff were pleasant enough, they all seemed confused about how to perform basic tasks (like directions to room, or to mention that the elevator needs your key card to work). They didn’t appear to be new staff, just inadequately trained.

At check in I think one word was spoked sign here that was it not friendly not helpful pity because the hotel is in an ideal location very nice big rooms clean and comfy
