    The place was clean. The staff/ caretaker was very kind. Customer service was great. The only downside is the location. If you don't have a car, renting a tricycle going to Bancal Port is an additional cost.

    The hotel offers good value for money, with strong Wi-Fi, comfortable beds, a spacious room, and good security. The shared restroom was clean and well maintained. There was a brief delay during check-in due to a coordination issue with Agoda, but the owner and staff were helpful and accommodating. The listing details need updating, as breakfast was indicated as included when it was not, and the address was inaccurate. Fortunately, we were familiar with the area, so this did not cause any inconvenience.

    My stay at M2R was exceptional! The staff was friendly spacious place, and the room was beyond comfortable. I would definitely stay here again in the future.
