    Not a so good experience having a room with separate bldg. from the main hotel. No receptionist or maintenance you need to call and wait more time before they can assist you. The receptionist is not answering calls promptly sometimes no manners from their guest and hard to communicate. Assistance from the main hotel is good except with this one. Not even releasing receipt since payment transferred via Agoda though I am requesting for a hard copy which is needed.

    This review is based on my personal experience. Upon arrival, I noticed there were no complimentary drinks, which was a bit disappointing. The website mentioned early check-in, but I was politely informed that the hotel was fully booked and unable to accommodate it. I stayed in the Annex Building, which was decent, but be aware that the rooms on the 3rd floor require using the stairs, as there’s no elevator. The room itself was okay, but it showed noticeable signs of wear—there were stains on the floor that hadn’t been cleaned, and the windows were locked, which made it feel a bit closed-in. Despite these issues, my overall stay was still good, and I believe it offers fair value for the money.

    The staff are warm and accommodating, very hands-on from check-in to check-out. However, the cleanliness of the room may be improved. Found some cobwebs on the ceiling of our room and the table is a bit dusty. Overall still good value for the rate and location as near bus terminal as well as establishments.
