We had a great stay as a couple. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was convenient and the overall experience was relaxing. Would definitely recommend.

NO ISSUE WITH THE PROPERTY, AGODA HAS!

Unfortunately, we were not happy with our stay. Definitely not recommending and not coming back. The biggest disappointment was how the housekeeping issue was handled. There was a small blood stain on one of the bed sheets that I believe was washable. I even tried to remove it with wet wipes before informing the staff because the stain was minimal. However, housekeeping immediately classified the sheet as “damaged” and charged us for it. We were also told that the sheet would simply be discarded. In my opinion, there should have been a proper assessment and a reasonable attempt to launder the sheet before deciding it was beyond repair. Management should provide better training to housekeeping staff on how to distinguish between a washable stain and actual damage. The way the situation was handled left us feeling that the charge was unfair. The bathroom and shower setup was also disappointing. There was no exhaust fan in the shower area, making it feel poorly ventilated after use. We also noticed visible dirt in the corners of the bathroom, which suggested that it had not been cleaned thoroughly. For a condotel, we expected at least the basic cooking essentials and hair dryer but the unit lacked common kitchen items that are typically provided making the stay less convenient. Overall, the experience did not meet our expectations. I know *** may not seem like a lot, but it’s the principle that matters. I don’t mind paying when it’s justified, but charging us for a sheet that appeared to have a washable stain felt unfair. Between the cleanliness issues, the lack of basic amenities and the way the housekeeping concern was handled, we left feeling disappointed. We hope management takes these concerns seriously and improves its housekeeping assessment process, cleanliness standards, and guest amenities to provide a better experience for future guests.
