    I have been coming to this hotel for at least 8 times but I won’t be coming back. I expended 2 days without AC in my room something completely unacceptable during this extremely hot weather in Madrid. When approached the reception desk about it, they simply didn’t know when it would be fixed. Unable to sleep!

    Asked at reception for the room safe to be fixed as it was 'dead', no electricity so wouldn't operate, but nobody fixed it in 2 days
