    Charming colonial hotel, close to river and conveniently located to explore the area on foot. Large comfortable room with a homely atmosphere. We enjoyed our stay so much that extended it for another 4 days. Pascal and his staff very informative and helpful.

    Terrible big spots on the bedsheets. Yellowish old towels and no TV as advertised. The water kettle stained with coffee. All in all poor maintained. AC and fan are working. After complaining issues the staff started moving. TV setup in the room, some cleaning, change of bedsheets for again dirty sheets. For a clean water kettle I'm still waiting. After telling one of the staff, that I can't understand the change of the bedsheets for dirty sheets again I was told they will change again. Nothing happened so far. I have to sleep for the second night in my own cotton sleeping bag

    Lovely French building, renovation was quite nicely done. Room was perfectly fine + comfortable. However customer service was virtually nonexistant. I’ve been travelling in SE Asia for 2 months now, 4 countries + frankly this was the most disapointing night of my trip thus far. Spent 1 night + moved to another hotel where the service + attention by the staff was attentive, warm + sincere. Unfortunately this place completely missed the mark.
