    I've booked a night before, when i've arrived, my room was taken by walk-in customer, the management showed apologies due to their careless arrangements online and onsite. We got swapped to a nice villa Maiya (same owner) instead, it's more spacious the whole 3 bedroom villa for just us. Anyways, because my wife insist on sleeping right off waterfront, we have book again 2 days later. This time everything went smooth, it was on midweek, so only other family joint the resort. There are only one person who taking care of customer with everything. -Charging Price like 4 to 5 star international hotel rang. -Room interior doesn't deserve what I should pay for. -There are no Tooth Brush inside room , maybe available on request, also hairdryer, took him more than an hour to get it to my room, due to his current tasks not yet finished, but why have to request? It's common that everyone brushing teeth everyday, Maiya also not provided. I realized that no tooth brush when it's too late to wake up the service guys, he's seem tired and don't want to bother him more, because he's already went to bed. - I am not a big fan of going to stay at hotel but eat with Togo box. Hotel doesn't provide in house food, the service guys was running around to get food as customer order from local neighbors restaurant.
