    We booked a " De-luxe balcony River view" room. Great view of the river, big balcony, just above ground level. Big room with en-suite. Nice location.

    No staff on reception when we arrived, there was a note saying back soon. We changed rooms for a small fee as the first room was unacceptable. The second room was old, dark and there were hairs in the beds and the bedding smelt bad. We did complain and the beds were changed. We would have left if we had been able to find another hotel with a vacancy. The reception was again unmanned when we left in the morning.
