If you don't need AC or a private bathroom, I just want a nice comfortable place to stay for a reasonable price. I have no complaints whatsoever..

lovely hosts that are always available downstairs. it's also possible to book tours right with them.
there are fridge, hot water available in addition to morning instant coffee with cookies. there are no washing machines, but you can find one in 3-5 mins walk
the guesthouse is close to a lot of places: restaurants, cafes, grocery store, night markets and riverside. there is even gym just in 2 mins walk that costs just 100 baht for one-time use :)
we were staying in twin room which had balcony. the room is bright and clean. it was possible to move beds together. Shared bathroom was clean as well.
Not sure but some rooms may not have window with view
the only downside of this place was 0 soundproofing you can hear everyone's movements. but apparently this helps some rooms with air circulation

This is probably one of the best locations in Krabi, which is a more widespread city than I first understood. When I arrived, I started out at a different hotel on the outskirts of the city. I moved over to this hotel to be near the ferry port. The main bars and nightmarket are here, as well as all of center city. It is right nextdoor to PakUp hostel, but if you want your own room for a couple more dollars, then this is the place. Cafe is good also. It is a good efficiency hotel.
