    A simple misunderstanding turned into one of the worst customer service experiences of our trip. The owner shouted at us, pointed her finger in our faces, and treated us very aggressively and disrespectfully. She also refused to return our passport until the situation was resolved. We paid everything that was asked, so the problem was never the money—it was the owner’s behaviour. The property is also far from the main tourist areas, so you’ll need transport for almost everything. Save yourself the stress and stay somewhere else.

    these guys have had bad travelers in the past (check the Google reviews) and a lot of their anxiety as business owners gets projected to you as over caution - to me it felt a bit rude. ALSO a 500b fee they don’t tell you about in the listing. I’m knocking points off for that because it meant my first stop in Krabi was to an ATM. That’s the only downsides though, aside from that great place.

    The room is acceptable. The bathroom is not big.

    Uncomfortable bad. No Windows. That was first place in Thailand inna month, where i didnt get water,when į came. And there was nuo possibility to get it at night!
