    I am staying in Krabi for several months so I booked this location for one week with the intention to interview hotels to find the perfect fit for my stay. After a couple days, I realized Krabi River Hotel is where I want to be while in Krabi. It is run by a family that ensures that your stay is perfect and staff are all incredibly kind and accommodating. Every single aspect of the room appears to to be carefully considered from the comfortable beds, to the quality sheets and pillows, drying rack for clothes, small desk with padded swivel chair, etc. You can choose to park your motorbike inside and the gate closes at 9pm with key card entry only until morning. Location is perfectly situated along a quiet stretch of the Krabi River Walk. Krabi River Walk is around a mile long and stretches from Chao Fah Park to Thara Park in Krabi town. At Chao Fah Park is the Chao Fah Night Market that has everything you could want to eat. Featuring individual vendor booths, the available options and quality is as good as home cooking gets. Thera Park is a great place to exercise without a gym membership. It’s got a sand volleyball court, football (soccer) fields, outdoor basketball courts, outdoor gym & equipment, running track, perimeter walking track and children’s areas throughout all adjacent to the mouth of Krabi River and beachfront. I don’t normally write reviews but this one is warranted. Thank you Krabi River Hotel for an outstanding and unforgettable experience.

    A great place for a quick visit to Krabi town. View from panoramic room was great! Only thing was the peeling paint on the walls a ceiling, could have done with a repaint, but clean and tidy :)

    Check-In was nice. The man at reception was really nice. Once we got to the room, my first impression was it was just ok. We use a blacklist before we stay in any bed. Not good. Stains all over 2 pillows. Asked for 2 more pillows and the house keeping lady laughed at me and said no, you have 4 already. I said the pillows are stained. She looked at me like I was crazy. She put a new pillow case on it and returned the same pillow. Gross. We usually don't complain, but I thought the lady was really rude. Not cool. Pick a different place to stay for sure.
