    I stayed at Kinosaki Onsen Sui for one night. The staff were very polite and friendly, which I really appreciated. Their private onsen was also a nice and relaxing experience. However, I was quite disappointed with the room provided. The toilet felt like it was from the 90s and had a noticeable urine smell, which made the stay less comfortable. The bed mattress also felt old and not very supportive. Other than that, everything else was okay. With some room updates, this place could be much better.

    Our stay was enjoyable although it was raining the whole day. The kaiseki crab dinner was delicious! We would like to compliment the excellent service given by Peco during our stay. We had excellent conversation in mandarin as she is Taiwanese and we are Singaporeans. Thank you Peco for the nice note you left us, and we will be back! :)
