    If anyone is a fan of snoopy, this is the place to experience for a stay. They provide amenities for you to use and take home (such as new hand and bath towels). Some of the merchandise downstairs are also exclusive to Peanuts Kobe Hotel. Despite the language barrier, the staffs were very warm and friendly. The breakfast comes in a single serving per person, again, it may not fill you up but the taste of food is actually pretty decent. Not to forget, the food is snoopy-themed too! The only slight downside is that the station is a slight walk from the hotel but nothing too far or inconvenient

    I am a Snoopy fan. I saw posts in TikTok and YouTube about this hotel. I booked in this hotel because I like to experience how it feels to live in a Snoopy house . I am satisfied although my room was small, the take home amenities took care of it. I love to take home the cups and mugs . Are you selling those too. My sister lives in Kobe and I can have her but a pair for me. Thank you for a nice experience. Your staff are great . Will book to a bigger room next time. Oh, breakfast was not so bad too but I would prefer a better one. Thank you.

    A short stay is great for Snoopy fans. The location is nearby everything you need, convenient store, food street, restaurants.

    Super small room, so not worth it with the price of *** yen. Hate our stay! Staff who assisted with check in was only Cafe staff who couldn't speak English hence misunderstanding & arguments happened. NO Bath towel provided. A goodie bag provided upon check in & u suppose to use the towel inside that goodie bag. Surely that new towel was unwashed & u pack that wet towel into ur suitcase the next day. This place is more like a motel rather than a hotel. The Snoopy concept is wonderful but this place has no hospitality sense at all. You'll receive an email saying the room key will be printed with your name on it, but basically the room key is only a QR code printed on the thick receipt paper. Stairs first before reaching to lift so beware of carrying luggage on the stairs. Overall, better spend your money to buy Snoopy merchandise that you can take back home rather than staying on this place
