    Loved that they were walkable distance to major tourist spots so it was easy to get around. The staff were also really kind to wait for our arrival despite it being past their usual check in time. Got assigned a corner room and unfortunately the WiFi connection there was very bad, it gets lost in the room itself and only connects near the entryway/toilet. The view was also partially obstructed. The breakfast buffet selection was great though and loved that they offered free parking even past check out timing!

    I booked this hotel months ago and paid a premium price because I wanted my dad to enjoy the large public bath during our stay. Unfortunately, I was never properly informed that the large public bath would be unavailable due to renovation. Even during check-in, the staff did not clearly tell us that it could not be used. What made it more disappointing was that I later saw the hotel offering discounted prices and special offers because of the renovation, while I had already paid a much higher rate months earlier without being clearly informed about this major facility closure. If I had known this before booking, I definitely would not have chosen this hotel. The public bath was one of the main reasons I selected this place, especially for my dad to relax and enjoy the experience. That said, the room itself was good, spacious, and had a very nice view. The stay could have been much better if the hotel had been more transparent about the unavailable facilities before booking
