    Brand new. All the finer features you’d find in higher end accommodations without the price tag. I was more than pleased with the location. The balcony is 50 ft off the water, quick access to the beach for a morning and evening walk. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There is a fantastic Italian restaurant next door . I highly recommend this property. I would say overall it is an exceptional value and will be back.
