    I appreciated the kindness and helpfulness of the staff, they were really accommodating and polite throughout my stay. However, I noticed that the room had an unpleasant smell, and the pillow and blanket felt like they weren’t freshly washed. The AC also didn’t get very cold, which made the room a bit uncomfortable. I hope these areas can be improved because the staff truly do their best, and it would make the overall experience much better
