    We requested an room with an ocean view at the time of booking with Agoda because the room did specify its type. However when we checked in we were assigned a room that was one of the farthest from the ocean. I asked the staff and was told that the system already assigned the room and we needed to check back the next morning for availabilities. We didn't bother since we had to move a lot of stuffs but I think the staff simply didn't pay enough attention to our written request in Agoda reservation, otherwise they would have been accommodate our request either manually or add updates to the system. With that I would rate 3 of 5 stars given that the room was still clean and it was only 3 minutes walking to the beach.
