Located in Kapaa to the south of Lihue. Longs's Drugs (CVS), Safeway, Big Save (local grocery), Wailua Drive In all within walking distance. Coconut Marketplace next door (check for local farmer's market). Try local sushi at Pono Market and malasaldas at Wailua Bakery. Front desk is 8 am to 8 pm only! They put a deposit of $10 for beach towels, $10 for safe key and they want their parking pass back ($25 deposit), make sure you give these things back. There is a Sheraton located nearby. Costco, Walmart are in Lihue about 8-9 miles away (airport is about 6 miles away.
They have swimming pools, Furniture and rooms are a bit dated but then again you are not going to be 24/7 there (this is Kauai!!) Lydgate Beach Park is about 1.6 miles away and there is a protected boulder rock area safe from rip tides and there are clouds of fish in a very shallow pool area (shoulder deep and water is warm). Refrigeartor, microwave, stove and dishes, etc provided. Checkout is 11 am and check in is 4 pm. They keep up the grounds. You can hear the traffic from the rooms (bldgs A to K) I was in Bldg H, Room 5 ground floor, no elevators.
Self Parking included. Not the fancy $$$$ resorts but you want to spend your money on other things. Look for farmers' markets for fruits! Friendly staff. Had no real problems.

Highly recommend staying here! The staff are very friendly. Super convenient location with an ABC market right next door (you gotta eat there) There is a pool and hot tub in between each building so they don't get crowded. Walking distance to the beach. Plenty of parking. Great units with full kitchens, living room and wonderful lanais. Can't recommend it enough!

Great, friendly staff. There's a laundry room for guests in the suites and some detergent is provided. There's no insulation between the floors, so you can hear the heavy footsteps upstairs and your neighbours as well. Short drive or walk to central shops and bus stop.

The phone didn’t work. A kitchen drawer completely broke off when we opened it. House keeping didn’t come when scheduled. No one answered the phone. Smelled bad.
