The staff was rude, requested early checkout twice with no response, would not hold bags even though room for them , staff did not offer help or no area, people with canes and bags had no help to their room other people carried bags that were staying here, pool bar was shut down and did not set up in another area, removed all vending machines. Staff was awful at front desk. Once checked in no maintenance at all. What are you being charged for and additional resort fee on top of price . Location good but others better right next door stay there

The hotel is right in front of the beach and there are nice restaurants, cafes and shopping mall nearby which was convenient.
The service is minimal. The water stopped during my stay but the hotel staff didn’t inform the guests anything about it even when it’s fixed. Also, the cleaning person tried to get in my room before I checked out.
