    The location was good, and we had a decent time overall, but the room and the additional fees were very disappointing. First, the room we booked was advertised as having air conditioning. We were surprised to find out after arrival that the room did not have AC. We had to contact Agoda to work through the issue. The listing needs to be corrected because we specifically expected AC based on the advertisement, especially since we paid accordingly. The cleaning fee was another major issue. We were charged about $385 for a 6 night stay, which was about $47 more than the price shown on the listing. We had to ask the hotel about the extra charge and request a refund. What was most frustrating was the cleaning service. No one came to clean our room during our entire stay. We had to take out our own trash, replace our own towels, and handle the cleaning ourselves. When we asked the hotel about this, we were told the room is only cleaned after checkout. This left us confused about why such a high cleaning fee was being charged. There was also a large stain on the carpet in our room. We did not cause the stain, but we were concerned we might be charged for it, so we reported it to the hotel staff as soon as we noticed it. The hotel staff were nice when I personally spoke with them about the charges, although some of my friends had less pleasant experiences with the staff. I understand experiences differ, but we expected basic courtesy and a welcoming experience from everyone. Overall, while we enjoyed our time on the island, our experience with this accommodation was not what we expected. If you decide to book here, read the listing and all policies carefully, especially regarding AC, cleaning fees, and cleaning services.

    We paid for cleaning for every day we stayed there and they didn't even come to change our towels. Even the shampoo and shower gel containers were empty when we arrived. We had insecta in the room. The staff was a bad. Totally inappropriate behavior.

    No guest service. No help after 4 pm. No one here to help for anything. Called after hrs for issues but no response nor call back. Unit was not clean
