    The room was so clean and it was 505 on top floor. The water is also mild hot but still it’s nice to take shower. I totally recommend this hotel for family. Please don’t focus on negative comments as well.

    No lift, steps are bigger, so climbing up 5 to 6 floors every time is little hard. Washroom is very narrow, flush works hard. Staffs are cordial though, and you can have snacks and foods beneath. Location is very convenient and in the middle of Thamel. Overall not bad.

    Economically good. Facility wise unsatisfactory. Cable TV not working due recharge isse. Only one towel was given for 3 guests staying for three days. Room was not cleaned even after depositing the key. Only last day room was cleaned after reminder. The booking was for AC room but was allotted non AC room and after waiting for two hours, AC room was given after much persuasion. No drinking was given as mentioned in the booking.
