Convenient location in Thamel but also not too noisy to sleep well at night. The down point is the entrance is no where to be found from the road in plain sight (no visible signboard nor clue) , taxi can’t enter inside alley so short walk with luggage (if you have) upon check in (maybe they can come pick up at the alley entry with prior request) . Breakfast buffet available

The staff working here is not at all professional. I booked online, and they make me waited, saying that we don't have. We don't receive your booking and after they received my confirmed booking, I checked in the room, then, after taking shower, there is no water in the flush. So your toilet remains dirty All the time. Next day while checking out again wasted my time that they haven't received my payment, which already I booked and paid on Agoda.
