Before I even flew to Korea, I already got in touch with the Hostel to confirm a few things, and they are always prompt with responses and provide very helpful suggestions. The location was very quiet, very near a bus stop and maybe a 10-minute walk to nearest subway station. OJ welcomed me and helped me with my luggages, he's also very friendly! The room was clean and it had its own washing machine and ref. They also have common area with coffee maker, lounge area and kitchen. Will definitely go back if I ever visit Seoul again!

The host, OG, is super friendly. The hostel isn't a party hostel, so you can count on getting quiet time and sleep. I made friends with several guests here during my time, so I think people at this hostel are really friendly!

I was initially booked at another accomodation, but upon arrival at the airport, I learned that I was apparently overbooked (despite my reservation still being confirmed in the app). I found Jongnostay as one of the few affordable options available to book on the spot, and I was so glad that the other accomodation cancelled on me. Everything I needed was here. OG (the host/owner) was so accomodating. Transpo is accessible (including for the airport bus stop). Changgyeonggung is also near. You can also walk a bit more to Jongno-3-ga area. If you like a quieter neighborhood, this is the place to go.
