I absolutely loved this hotel! It’s located in a pretty quiet area, yet it’s very easy to get to the main tourist routes. The room was clean and spacious for the price. I definitely recommend it and will absolutely stay here again

I got in late and was so happy to get into the coziest room and coziest bed. The light fixtures add such a great vibe. The shower was amazing. So amazing that I am staying at the hotel again in a few days.
While I didn’t use the patio a lot, I specifically booked the patio and it was so nice to be able to go sit out on it and have a drink and I had such a gorgeous view.
It’s such a unique hotel room and although the room was a bit smaller than I thought, as a solo traveler spending most of my time out of the hotel it was perfect for me.
Really happy with the entire experience.

I want to firstly preface the location of the Hotel, it is nestled in Jongno, which is about a 20+ minute walk to Anguk or 15 minute train ride. The station is about a 7 minute walk, so definitely convenient.
The Hotel itself, the overnight staff are friendly and I had no issues with them. It is obvious though that the Hotel may be going through management changes because I must have seen the same person working day/night the whole time I stood here (5 nights). So they are understaffed and it shows in their body language.
I do not feel the money I spent in the family deluxe was worth it, I killed two mosquitoes and a FLY, my first night there. Additionally, bathroom had broken tiles and clear signs of mildew and mold, the room had a odd odor and the fridge smelled like they never cleaned it.
When we spoke to the front desk the woman seemed bothered that we mentioned this and gave a smart alicky response which we didn’t appreciate. They didn’t address the issue and offered there standard “making of the room”.
I didn’t bother stopping back by the front desk because at that point it was what it was and didn’t feel like wasting efforts while on vacation.
Lastly, they are building a new establishment right adjacent to the hotel, and conveniently our room was facing right in front so forget about sleeping in if you’re tired from exploring Seoul.
Overall, until they fix all the issues in the rooms (overheard another guess who had similar issues) and improve on cleanliness, I wouldn’t stay here again. A lot of potential and cool concept of a Hotel but just not it right now.
