    Overall, I had a wonderful stay at Jiva Hill Resort. The staff at the reception were friendly, the hotel is beautiful, and the spa is absolutely amazing. The only disappointment was the service at one of the restaurants/ bars. It wasn’t clear whether guests should wait to be seated or simply choose a table, as there didn’t seem to be any staff available to assist. I spoke to a waitress and let her know where I eill be sitting, but after waiting more than 15 minutes, no one brought me a menu. In the end, I had to go back and remind the staff before I was finally served. Aside from this experience, everything else about my stay was excellent, and I would happily return.

    I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this resort. Everything exceeded my expectations — from the outstanding service to the friendly and professional staff. The location was perfect, and the atmosphere made me feel relaxed and welcomed throughout my stay. The way the team treated us showed genuine care and hospitality. I truly enjoyed every moment and would highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable experience. I will definitely be coming back
