    Strategic location with limited parking space; counter staff were very helpful to navigate and assist in allocating a public parking space during 1st day check in. Ventilation requires improvement, as there is a strong cigarette smell from the snooker room. Overall still ok and safe.

    One big problem is the aircond. Wont cold, can't change room. Asked to checked and they say its fine, yet i complaint and they claimed they asked for aircond service team to came but yeah, still as bad. And well, third floor, no elevator.
