We had a really nice stay here! The price was reasonable, and the location was great and very convenient to everything. The lobby was bright, modern, clean, and nicely updated. The staff were also friendly and helpful. Overall, we had a good experience and would definitely stay here again if we’re back in Miami!

Food wise, not a centralised location to have many food choices. Staff is never helpful in giving you proper instructions on walking to the Metromover and food locations, simply very vague and you have to probe further for more specific help.
This is how we feel honestly about typical Americans, just never helpful and friendly!!!

The room is spacious and at a great location but the room needs some updating. Cleanliness is not the best as well. Also we stayed at a connecting room and we can hear the next door at night. We arrived very early from cruise, we couldn’t get early check in however we were able to leave our luggage at the hotel which was nice.
