we had a brilliant overnight last weekend, really enjoyed ourselves at the sacred garden and loved the atmosphere and overall feel to the hotel. Location was central, staff were super nice and friendly, and we really liked the dark moody feel...
however, after a bit to drink we came home to our room and were left awake all night by what only can be described as a red neon strip light that couldnt be turned off above our bed and a horrible noise the entire time which sounded like some sort of AC, we ended up having to leave before the breakfast we had booked due to being so tired from not managing any or much sleep (particularly after a drink) and was really gutted about how our night ended.

Stayed in the Cabin room;Very small but everything you need for a nights stay(wouldn’t recommend for people on the tall or large size)
The hotel is central and beautifully decorated,although very dark(think Malmaison but darker)Next door is a Homeless shelter but don’t be put off as they all seem very well behaved and managed professionally.
Found the staff to be excellent and friendly and very helpful.They had a Good promotion,where you pay £20 per couple and this includes a glass of Prosecco each,milk and cookies for bedtime, and a full breakfast in the morning.
Only complaint would be,not being able to watch normal tv,everything has to be done by casting your phone to the tv,unless you have a Netflix subscription.

I recently stayed here with my daughter for a concert at the hydro. It was coming in cheaper to stay here then the Premier inn. For an £20 we were able to both enjoy breakfast a welcome drink and milk and cookies. We thought this was a bargain and recommend the milk and cookies nice touch. I am looking to visit again with my husband it's beautiful. Unfortunately due to the concert and rushing from the airport we didn't really get to have the full experience within the hotel, which is why I will be returning.

Experience is ok if you don’t mind not having what most would expect in a room like a kettle for refreshments there’s no price list for you to look at unless you look online I’m not technical so that is no good for me. The bathroom door handle was missing from one side when moved to another room it was loose with squint screws holding it . No him I. The room apart from in the bathroom where a shower cap would be handy since it’s a rain fall shower
