Not a bad hotel for the price. They refused to post on my sons teddy bear that we somehow left behind!

Hotel is up a hill and away from the bustling city. Very near to Vatican but far from other places. Staff is friendly and gave detailed instructions on getting around and using the room. Provided breakfast too. For people who don’t mind walking it’s really a place to settle in for a few days. Getting to colosseum needs to travel by bus 916, can be crowded and frequency of bus is slow.

The location is only a 10 minute walk from St. Peter's Basilica in a quiet and clean place.
The staff were very helpful and friendly. The check out time of 10AM is a bit too early for a tourist area but they facilitated a late check out for an extra €40, which was so helpful for us.
The room was lovely and the cleaners made the beds every day. There were plenty of water filling stations in the corridors, which was great. The view of the Basilica dome from the corridors was beautiful as well.
The breakfast was limited in options and although the small pastries provided were nice, some more regular breakfast items such as toast and hash browns would have been even better.
Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and considered the hotel perfect for our needs and economical for the location and amenities.

Location is more of at residential area. Quite near to St. Peter Basilica but far from all other tourist areas. Place is clean and comfy.
