We recently stayed at this hotel and while the building has charm and potential, there are several areas that need better maintenance and attention to detail.
The beds were unfortunately not very comfortable, which affected the quality of our stay. In the room, there were visible wirings that guests could clearly see, and this gave an unfinished and poorly maintained impression. Some of the furniture also needed repair — for example, the chair legs were uneven and unstable.
The spa area was relaxing, but the steam room lacked basic supplies. There were no cups available, no honey, and very limited refreshments. It seemed like the stocks were not being checked or replenished regularly.
We understand this is an older building, but old buildings can still feel charming, clean, and well-maintained with proper upkeep and regular updates. With more attention to maintenance and guest comfort, this hotel could offer a much better experience.
