Nice hotel, clean, good breakfast and great location. Near train station and the centre of Gothenburg. I have never been though ”welcomed” by a indifferent staff at the reception. No smile, no welcome. ” your room is ready but you have to pay 100 kr if you want me to check you in 50 min before” I hope they might work a bit on hospitality

Room was considered big for single room. It was clean and location was convenient. I gave 3 stars is for the staff in Oak bar. I went to counter but she ignored me when another customer came in and she took his order. Then i ordered my drinks and she said will served to me. Then i went to sit on the table but she was busy with other things instead of servig my drinks. Mind you there was only 2 tables of customer and she can obviously see me seated there. Then i have to go to the counter again to order my drinks. Terrible service from the bar.

Staydd one night on business travel. Everything was functional but it really needs some restoration soon. Old carpet on uneven wooden floors (uneven even inside the room). Bathroom was old. Breakfast was ok, staff was welcoming and kind. Location is all you pay for.
