    We had a wonderful stay at ARTIEM Madrid and would definitely recommend it. The location was very convenient, only around a 7-minute walk from the metro station. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and our room was spacious, comfortable, and very well maintained. The bathroom was also spotless, and we really appreciated the variety of pillow options available. One of the best features was the 24/7 complimentary snack and drinks area at reception. It was such a thoughtful touch and really added to the overall experience. We also loved the hotel’s attention to sustainability, particularly the effort to reduce plastic use and use more paper-based packaging. It was great to see such an eco-friendly approach. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. A special thank you to Carlos and Ainhoa at reception, who were both absolutely lovely. They genuinely wanted to help, were always approachable, and provided excellent customer service. Overall, a very comfortable and enjoyable stay with excellent facilities, thoughtful details, and fantastic staff. We would happily stay here again!

    Location is a bit tricky and s bit far from central areas but it is okay &food that is available for 24 hrs is great.

    Stayed the weekend, loved the hotel. Staff so friendly and genuine, free 24 hour drinks station and snack bar, very clean and nice gym and places to work and drink and eat, rooms big and spacious. Just all round nice experience and would love to stay again in the future
