    I strongly advise booking a different hotel. Our stay at this hotel was ruined by mismanaged room assignments and unwelcoming service. Despite booking an Ocean View room with a 12:00 PM check-in, we were initially handed keys to a partial-view room (half city, half ocean). When I reported the mistake, the front desk made me come down to the lobby and contact Agoda support myself just to verify the error. They then gave us the choice of taking a partial refund for the wrong room or waiting until 3:00 PM for the correct one. I chose to wait for what I actually paid for, losing three hours of our stay. To make matters worse, within just three minutes of stepping into the first room, staff called urgently demanding we bring our luggage back down immediately, which felt extremely rude and rushed. If you don't actively audit your room assignment, you will get shortchanged—save yourself the hassle and stay elsewhere.

    I really like the location of this hotel. The view of the bridge is really stunning especially at night and it's in front of my room. The only downside is, they turn off the air condition during our stay in December and it's gets so hot in the room.

    I paid appro *** with *** extra for the "infinity pool" package as I need to swim every day. THE POOL SUCKS. Water feels heavily chemical, not very big or deep, doesn't look like anyone maintain it. And further, nobody check if you have package or not so I regretted paying extra in advance. DO NOT BUY INFINITY POOL PACKAGE. The room is small side, bad atmosphere, barely can see ocean bc window is blurry, bathroom has no hooks or storage space is uncomfortable, bad water pressure. Aircon is either off, or too cold setting. Hallway air always smell stale. Elevator waiting TOO LONG However, staff at front desk is nice. It's convenient to have access to the Bathhouse downstairs but you have to pay separate fee, has nothing to do with hotel. Also this bathhouse treats you like an outsider intruding to the local members, so members are watching you at this bathhouse. Hotel guests can't use pool until 11am, although local members can. Etc. Common public spaces are quite worn out and depressing. Room doesn't feel comfy and warm, more cold and not comfy. Would NOT recommend. There are MANY OTHER BETTER option in Gwangali. I only chose this hotel because of the pool which in the end I didn't even use after trying once.
