The location offers fantastic views and reliable Wi- Fi, making the stay comfortable and enjoyable. The bathroom and amenities were well maintained, contributing to a pleasant experience overall. While the staff were friendly and helpful, housekeeping could use some improvement. Overall, the property provides excellent value for money in a clean and convenient setting.

I actually booked at another known beachfront hotel1 capsule style and canceled and rebooked here because I had stayed at a capsule style in Seoul, did my shopping, and needed a little more space for my luggage and the convenience of accessing them freely and having the liberty to not have to worry about shared spaces. PROS: 1. This room that I was assigned was a corner unit and had the ultimate view of Gwangalli Beach and the famous bridge. 2. Location was prime to the beach access right across the street and 2 minute walk to a bus stop. 3. Central to many walkable beach side restaurants and bars, pubs, shopping, and activities. 4. The room had a lot of space and in room bathroom, fridge, mini cook top, water dispenser and washer/dryer! (my favorite) closet and drawers. CONS: 1. The room does not look like those pretty and serene esthetic in the booking page. I did not have a tub on the balcony and the room was plainly a basic Korean studio apartment. 2. Bathroom floor and shower grout was stained and grimy. The towels were the worst! So grey and dingy I did not want to even use. Luckily I brought my own hair towel and used that instead. The room slippers were the reusable foamy ones that were also dirty. Good thing I brought my own shower slippers 4. NO AMENITIES, you have to bring ALL of your own (might as well since the one amenity that is necessary like the hand towels provided are deplorable) as they stated referencing some kind of regulations on the sheet they give you with your room number and door passcode. They are not allowed by the government to supply disposable amenities to guests. So inconvenient when you want to pack lightly as a traveler. 5. I usually don't complain about the AC, but for the room to be 10- 17°C is too cold even when it's hot and humid outside. The thermostat can only be adjustable within 1-2 degrees and takes forever to adjust. 6. Hotel counter/staff not available until 10:30am - 11:00pm. Lastly, just a very good to know that this hotel shares with 2 other hotels and the rooms are mixed into all levels. For example 14th floor that my room is with same floor as the rooms from the other brand hotel.
