The staff/other visitors were very kind and the shared space was very cozy with a very cute cat and dog.
Our room's shower however only had hot water for a few minutes and we had to shower in the cold +the room wasn't very warm as well, but overall the location was great and we had a good experience.

Reception and common room is a very friendly scene with good music. Not too crazy for partying. Just the right amount of chill socializing. It is probably the best place in the summer because they have a large outdoor area. Light rail and bus is free so don't worry about location too much. It is easy to get to from downtown.

Place is far, Room was cold , Shared space was messy, noisy and mostly occupied by the people who lived there.
Almost all food I brought and kept in the fridge was gone and people there pretended not to know anything.
City tax was charged without any explanation neither on their page nor invoice. Although this tax applies everywhere, the hostel didn’t mention it to show cheaper price.
Overall I can’t recommend this place.
